Wow! Time is flying with these little ones.
They are growing and progressing by the minute.
Their walking abilities have improved dramatically, but they still wobble over with every bark.
They are growling, barking, sassing, roughousing, playing and overall a pure thrill to just watch for hours.
We started weening this week, slow but sure they are learning. They are also starting to cut their teeth and poor Sonj's boobs need a break-LOL.

Homes has become a real loverboy, gently nibbling on chins and noses.

Zambini thinks he's tougher than he really is, trying to sneak up on his brother and sister for the pounce.

And Miss Zorita- oh boy, she's a handful this one. So full of attitude and energy.
Me thinks I might have the female version of Ca$h on my hands.
Always the first one up, first to get the boys going by harrassing them, starting to play, throwing her stuffies around and barking at them. She never sits still

As you'll see by some of the "out-takes" in this weeks photos, that she is full of herself.
Homes had a couple blurry pics himself, but they were too cute not to share.
Zambini was sleeping for his photo shoot, so there weren't any fun moments there.

I've added a few moments to my gallery(pending approval) and their updated head shots to my webpage
Enjoy!

Gosh, they are beautiful!!!

I remember sitting for hours watching Ben and his littermates too - he was bred by my daughter, I was off stick with stress, and I used to spend hours with the puppies. Very theraputic!

Thank you for reminding me of some lovely memories.

Don't I wish!!!! tantrum2.gif

Gosh, I am so torn as I only have room for one.

All qualities balancing equal at 8 weeks, my prefrence is still Miss Zorita.

So far I have seen the qualities I wanted to maintain and improve on show thru in all three of them. They are very consistant overall.

Zorita has evereything my goal was aimed at, with attitude to boot, but is plain, not a judge prefrence.
BUT they are suppsed to judge the dog, right??
I LOVE the classic look and am not discouraged by a judge's opinion on it.

And while I'm getting used to Zam's flash, it's not a marking look I prefer.

Zambini does have a show home avail out of state, but I would really love to find a local one. The thought of not seeing him in the ring (IF he makes the grade) kills me.

And while Homes is just as equal at this point, I have a few homes in mind that I know he would be adored in.

Sure, no problem!

You'll need the slow motion button to keep up with Miss Z though ROTFLMAO.gif

We'll be back to using flash with the camera next week, so hopefully that'll help.

While they are adorable in pictures, there is nothing that compares with a fresh dose of puppy breath!!! We had the pleasure of visiting the kids up close and personal this afternoon. The pictures do not come close to doing them justice. (and no the camera did not come out during this visit!) Miss Zorita is definitely a charmer with attitude to spare. Homes was happy hanging out with whoever wanted to hold him at the time. And well, Zambini and I now have a special bond - although he was sleeping the majority of the time I was holding him, it didn't stop him from 'christening' me! w00t.gif Homes decided he was going to wet the couch, and Miss Zorita, being the little lady she is, waited until she was put back in their box to go.

Sonji was a little leary of Joe at first (their first meeting), but by the time we left they were buddies. Ca$h, of course, thinks that everyone is there to see him, so he had to get some quality time in also.

Gypsy wasn't too sure when we got home - she kept checking everything that came into the house to make sure that nothing that matched the new smells was hiding in any of the bags!

We can't wait to have a chance to go back for another dose of puppy breath!

Now we all know Sonji never kisses on the first date!!
After a quick potty break, date #2 began and Ca$h had to be faught off to get her lovins in. Silly (strange) girl.

So Ca$h christened your BRule shirt and Zambini christened your sweatshirt.
Geeze I'll owe you a new wardrobe before long.

P.S. hope Gypsy won't hold this against us

Zorita just gets cuter every week... wub.gif I'm partial to plain brindles, seeing as my girl isn't flashy and is the most precious thing in the world!

Thanks everyone!!!
They are exactly what I had hoped for wub.gif
I had no idea they'd be so much fun to just watch for hours. I haven't smiled and laughed this much in a long time.

Yeah, Jill only snickered a little  , when I was getting piddled on w00t.gif

They're too cute for words! wub.gif

So when can we expect some action shots?? We're trying to be patient but 3 weeks is about when all the fun begins! We don't want to miss out on any puppy wrestling, pouncing, swatting...we *need* photos!

I think one of the rules for sharing puppy photos on this site is that action shots must be posted as often as possible! If not.... :censored:

Well, if you can't keep both, then the best way to advance your breeding program is to keep Miss Z. smile.gif She is really lovely, and the fact that you have a show home for Zambini elsewhere (assuming he turns out and gets his "bits") may make that decision easier. I've kept littermates three times (Tess & Tucker, Bear & China, and Molly & Hunter) and have never regretted it once. Not that I'm egging you on, or anything.... innocent.gif

Looking forward to seeing pics from week 4. smile.gif
