Well, this years Christmas tree was done up in boxer ornaments, firematic
ornaments and Nascar. what a combo to say.
I decided early last year that I would purchase the boxer oranments
from Danbury Mint. The collection was finished in Oct., 12 different
boxer styles.
Ok, tree goes up, ornaments go on. First few days the tree was safe.
Then when we would go out (all 4 of us) we would come home and an
ornament would have been eaten.
Do you think skylar would eat the cheap boxer ornaments from walgreens -
no, she chose the danbury mint ones. she must have thought that boxer was
in pain cuz his legs are missing.
Then she started on the firematic ones - we lost 2 firemen to a lost arm and
the other to a lost leg. a dalmation with no head. needless to say next year
the ornaments will towards the top of the tree.
the icing on the cake so to speak is simon decided to get into the act and
ate the sheep from navaity set. Kristen told him, he was very luck he didnt
eat baby jesus or he would have bad karma all year.
He has never touched the tree or anyother decoration - I guess skylar has
taught him few things of her own.
Gotta love em.

As you know, I lost a few collectable ornaments last year myself (this being the reason for no tree this year). At least the collectables were the plastic kind. Unfortunately, the one cheap ornament Sting decided to chew was glass. We had a fun few days waiting for the cotton balls to pass

Janet, maybe Skylar thought the ornaments from Danbury Mint were mints and she wanted to have minty fresh breath!! I can't explain the others tho.

I didn't put up my tree this year--I still don't trust Beau, and he's 3 yrs. old! I did have my boxer Christmas tree from Danbury Mint though! It is so cute!

Well why WOULDN"T Skylar chew the head off a dalmation???? And lamb chops when Slimon was hungry ??? Makes perfect sense. That's why my Christmas Tree was on top of the piano with only the B grade plastic ornaments (just in case).

I see it as a choice: Christmas tree or boxer? I'd rather have the boxer... Willis got a hold of quite a few ornaments last year... surprising??? nope. Will I put up a tree again???? nope.

Don't worry Skylar, I also thought you had eaten some sweeties when I first read the post. I actually read Cadbury mint instead of Danbury mint!

Well lucky for me I have 2 perfect little and my tree remained in tact . Who am I kidding it is like fort knox around my lounge room, so that mr Dylan could get no where near the tree unless supervised.
